The first is spirit. People are easy to feel fidgety in hot Summer. Considering your health, you`d better have a peaceful and happy mood. Try your best to increase the interests in external matters. And the optimistic outward character is beneficial for your health. So if you want to have a comfortable summer, you must adjust the spirit.
The second is daily life. It is well known that the daytime is longer in summer that you should plan your rest time according to. It is wholesome to go to bed lately and get up early. When you have outdoor activities in summer, you must protect yourself against exposing to the sun. Besides that, the midday nap is necessary. Because people can relieve the feeling of fatigue after having the middy nap. Furthermore, it is worth advocating taking bath in lukewarm water every day. It can not only wash off the sweat , the dirt but also can improve the sleep ,enhance resistivity. Additionally , the important thing you must remember is not to open electric fan.
