Replacing a Broken Doorbell

When your doorbell doesn't work, the easiest solution is to replace the broken unit with a wireless one. One of the best characters of wireless doorbells is that they can offer different sounds and what we need to do is just programming it. Apart from this, no wiring or electrical work and simply way of changing battery make the wireless option much more attractive.
Then how to replace the doorbell? Start with turning off the power. Always keep this in mind. Because the doorbell might be wired with relatively high current which will hurt you. Next you should pull the old buzzer away from the door jamb and turn it over. After the old buzzer has been removed, you need to connect the wires with the new buzzer. And it doesn't matter which wire is connected to which connector.
If you want to replace the chimes, you need to make sure which wire is attached to which post. In other words, you should try to keep track of which colour wire goes where when replacing the chime.
With minimal investment and about an hour, now that your doorbell can work properly again. The replacing process is undoubtedly an inexpensive and quick one.
