The computer group should know how to protect themselves.
More and more people use computer, it can improve the people`s work, study and life. However, the computer also may be harmful for human health, for example, it can cause nerve disorders or depression. Additionally, your eyes will feel uncomfortable when you use computer long time. Furthermore if you are lack of water, nutrition and vitamin, the resistance to radiation that the computer cause will decrease. And it is easy to get sick. In order to avoid the above troubles , the computer group should pay attention to the reasonable meal.
The food in breakfast should contain abundant nutrition for having enough energy and heat.
The lunch should include foods that are rich in protein such as pork , beef, mutton, chicken, duck, fish, soya bean.
The supper should be light. Eat more foods that contain abundant vitamin such as kinds of fresh vegetables. After the meal you can eat some fresh fruits.
At the same time, you can choose some foods that have much Phospholipase for improving the brain, such as egg, fish, shrimp, walnut seed, peanut.
Also you must eat many foods that are good for your eyes consciously. For example livers of animals, milk, butter, millet, walnut seed, carrot, spinach, cabbage, potato and fresh fruits.
Besides, the computer group should do some exercises after having worked two hours. As long as you pay attention to the diet structure and alternating work with rest, you will be able to enhance the resistance to the illness.
