Fifteen good habits in normal life
1. Eat complex Vitamin after breakfast. The research discovers that the complex Vitamin which is fit for yourself is good for your health. So why should you eat the complex Vitamin after having breakfast? There are two reasons , one is that it can provide nutrition that human need all day, and you will be able to put energy into work and study. The other one is that it can avoid creating the oversize burden to the kidney.
2. Drink two glasses water before each meal. The research in Holland demonstrates that drink two cups of water can reduce sense of hunger and food suppose input. Then it has effect of helping you lose weight.
3. Add the Coffee to the milk. The first thing you should do after getting up is pour a cup of milk,drink 20%, then fill it with coffee. In that case , you can absorb 25% Vitamin and 30% calcium that the body needs everyday.
4. Drink a big glass of water after eating fast-food. The heat and salt in fast-food usually exceed the allowed figure seriously. Although we have no way to deal with the fat has been in the stomach, a big glass of water can help diluting the Sodium density. With that help, you can be far away from hypertension.
5. Seize every opportunity eating onion. Many people may pick up the onion carefully in the dish. It` a big fault. The onion contains abundant Flavonoids that can protect heart. So it is our responsibility to eat onion. Especially when you eat some ill health foods such as Barbecue, the onion is essential.
