The third is sport. You`d better play sports in the morning or in the evening when the weather is cool. The exercise yard should be located in the place where has the fresh air such as the lake or the park. If the condition permits, the first choice is to forest or the seaside area. The sports may contain walking , jogging , tai chi chuan or body-building exercise. It is not appropriate to do excessively fierce activities. When you do the exercises , you may be in sweat, it is optimum to drink salty water or mung bean salt water. The taboo is to drink too much cooled water or have a bath using cooled water immediately.
The fourth is diet. People may have many perspirations in summer. The doctors suggest that human should eat more sour and salty substances. Of course , the summer that are abundant in fruits, but people are used to put the fruits in the refrigerator. In generally, the appropriate temperature for conserving fruits is 7℃-13℃. Some fruits are fit for keeping in the icebox such as apple , grape, peach, plum,persimmon. How to keep the fruits in the refrigerator? The method is put the fruits in the plastics with some holes for ventilation, furthermore not to wash the fruits. However not all the fruits can be placed in the icebox for example the banana,papaya,mango. If you put them in the icebox , the qualities of fruits may be destroyed. In a word, the summer is hot, people must pay attention to your diet.
