Fifteen good habits in normal life(three)

11. Rinse the flesh with hot water. You can spread the thick paper on the flesh, it will be able to remove the fat. If you don`t want to retain more fat , you can also put the flesh in the spoon, rinsing with hot water. Almost half of fat can be removed using that method.
12. Don`t eat too much cold food in sauce. Not only the barbecue has high heat, but also the sauce has. As a result, you can put the sauce in the bowl alone and eat vegetables dipping the sauce. In that case, the sauce you need is lower than before.
13. Never eat meat dish is not healthy notion. It is not good to eat too much oil, while it is worse not to eat any oil. So you are allowed to eat proper oil. The pumpkin and carrot contain abundant β-carotene, so you can cook them with oil.
14. Don`t absorb many fat in supper. Some people don`t eat fat in breakfast and lunch , they believe that it is necessary to eat fat in supper. However that thought is wrong. The research shows that after you have absorbed about 50-80gram fat , the elasticity of blood vessel will be lower. So even if you eat light food in the daytime, never try to absorb fat in the evening.
15. Do eat some high-fibre foods before going to bed. Do that can help improving the quality of sleeping. The easiest way to supply the nutrition is eat grain. Generally, most people absorb the fibre quantity each day is only half of body`s requirement. So you are allowed to seize the last opportunity to absorb the fibre.
